Return & Refund Policy

Please read carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of confirmed delivery (based on tracking).

To qualify for a refund:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging

  • No damage, alterations, cleaning, or signs of wear

Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.

We do not accept exchanges.


Return Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage.

  • Returns must be sent using tracked delivery.

  • Tracking number must be provided.

We are not responsible for lost or untracked return parcels.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If the item is used, damaged, altered, or not in original condition, no refund will be issued.


Delivered Orders

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery.

If tracking shows “Delivered”, the order is considered successfully delivered. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items marked as delivered.

If you cannot locate your parcel, please contact your local postal service directly using your tracking number.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses.
